Just a few problems. Where are we going to put all of these jars? We don't have a deep freeze. Plus Spencer is the only one that likes strawberry jam, these jars aren't going anywhere fast.

New Jobs
Spencer and I recently got new jobs. Spencer moonlights as a barber now. The boys received their first haircut this week, and traumatic doesn't even begin to describe it. These were the best pictures we could get.
I got a new job as a Betty. That's right Betty Crocker. My sister Monica did a very dangerous thing and gave my husband homemade strawberry freezer jam. He convinced me to give it a shot. I've never done anything like that before but why not? 30 jars later I'd say I make a pretty good Betty.
Just a few problems. Where are we going to put all of these jars? We don't have a deep freeze. Plus Spencer is the only one that likes strawberry jam, these jars aren't going anywhere fast.

Good Taste
So the other day Mary Elizabeth, the boys, and I were out running some errands. The boys were starting to get alittle cranky and we had one more stop. We didn't want to pack up the boys again so I decided to run in and leave the rest of the family in the car. The boys were whinny so I thought some oldies might sooth their nerves. I flipped on the radio just in time for some Pink Floyd. The boys stopped whinning immediatley and listened intently. After I got back "All Along the Watchtower", a personal favorite, came on and the boys started to sing along. Ok, mabye they weren't singing along, but they were making happy noises. I am happy to see that at least the boys have picked up my good taste in music.

Day at the Zoo
This week Mom took us to the zoo. It was great! We went with Aunt Monica, cousin Ayden and Grandpa Gudmundson. Mom made us wear these funny hats and must have put half the bottle of 50 SPF sunscreen on us.
We saw all sorts of animals. The most interesting ones to look at were the people. They came in all sorts of sizes and the sound they most often made was "Oh look twins!" I guess we also saw giraffes, tigers and elephants. Here are a few pics of our day at the zoo.

Just Rolling Through
Stop means roll ... right?? Today a cop pulled Spencer over and he received a "Failure to Yield" ticket. We weren't too upset until we found out how much the ticket was! The boys and I thought with a little practice at home we could remedy the problem. So we put up a few signs around the house. Spencer has been a great sport. Love you Spencer!

New Doo
The boys hair is really starting to fill in and grow. It's getting so long I'm not sure what to do with it. This is the James Dean rebel without a cause look. (Their too young to have a cause)

Working Hard
We've had so much help with our basement and this weekend we had a little more. My family came up to help sheet rock. We rented a lift and had the sheet rock ready to go. The guys worked hard for two days and got a ton done.
While Spencer had help in the basement I had a ton of help with the boys. I finally got a pic of the boys in the bath. When I'm by myself I always forget to grab the camera before I put a boy in the tub and I never put them in together when I'm alone. This weekend we were able to do both. The boys love the bath and their bath toys, the rubber ducky and turtles are favorites.
It was a great weekend. Thanks everyone for your help in getting to this point!
