The boys birthday celebration was truly a day to remember. We had such a good time and were surrounded by so many of our friends and family. We started the day by traveling to Discovery Gateway. It's a hands on play place for kids of all ages. The boys loved parts of it while Spencer and I were able to enjoy other parts. Becky, Candis and I loved the freeze frame animation station. We made one awesome cartoon about true love and tragedy. While Spencer enjoyed making a structure and testing it on the earthquake table. Here are a few pictures of what the boys enjoyed...
The boys loved this wind tunnel, they played on this table forever.
The helicopter on the roof was a favorite for everyone. It was great fun getting in the pilots seat and pressing all of the buttons. The boys and Alexis seriously did not want to get out.
After the Gateway we came home for a BBQ and cake. The boys were so excited to finally be getting "Happy Cake". Logan and Penn had no problem blowing out the candles, they didn't even hesitate they knew exactly what they were supposed to do.
As you can see the cake eating was much cleaner this time around.
We were lucky to have Uncle Mitch up from Durango. He and Audrey got along great.
After cake we did fireworks, it was truly a packed day! The boys loved the little poppers you throw on the ground. Grandma and Grandpa Gudmundson were great to chill with Audrey. Logan ended up on Grandpa's lap and politely clapped after every firework, very cute!
Becky and our family friend, who wants to remain anonymous, were great to have up. The boys love these two!
Candis, Joe and Alexis were great to have with us all day. The boys love their aunts and uncles. My favorite part of this picture is Mitch and Audrey in the back.
Audrey was a great sport all day. She is so patient and really doesn't whine. She is growing so fast and such a wonderful little addition to the Family Davis.
Taking pictures of Logan can be so difficult. He is way to busy playing to smile for the camera. I think in this picture it's like he is saying "Why Mom?"
The boys have done really well with their sister. They can't hold and kiss her enough. They are very worried about what she is doing and who is holding her. They have been awesome helpers, running for blankets or finding her binki when she is sad. 
Our 4 mile walks to and home from the park have been put on hold so we've been doing more around here. The boys love their new pool. They esp enjoy a cold drink after swimming. Audrey has even enjoyed the outdoors. She is already a part of our family.
Logan and Penn invited a new game called table car. They love passing the hot wheel back and forth across the table. Their giggles are contagious.
I guess I've been a little picture happy the last week. Logan saw a spider on the other side of the glass door and ran for his "camera". I guess he felt the wildlife was worthy of a picture. 
Turn about is fair play. "Smile Mom, it's your turn"
Corn on the cob is a huge hit around here. Both boys gobble it right up. Even cleaning corn is more fun with Grandma Davis.
We've been taking a ton of pictures of Audrey. For the most part she's been pretty patient although not entirely cooperative. Audrey has already found her place in our hearts and is truly a joy to have around. She has so many different facial expressions and already knows what she wants and how she wants it. We love her a great deal. We can't wait to see what adventures wait for our little family.
Both boys love Spencer's original teddy bear. His name "Bear", Logan is esp good at being soft with it and giving good snuggles. He's going to make a great big brother.
